Completed Granny Flat Project — Corner Block Street Frontage, Sydney
This designer Granny Flat property is on a corner block, which presented an opportunity to build a granny flat with a street frontage — creating the illusion of a completely separate property from the main house.
The clients decided to upgrade the plans for this 2 bedroom Granny Flat façade to include a brick veneer — while the rear is finished with vinyl cladding.
A small front porch was added as an upgrade item. However, the Granny Flat itself is standard at 2.4m high and has standard finishes throughout.
